Corrections Policy:

Since launching our website in 2020, we have been offering free corrections for airlines and hotels, despite the frequent changes in their policies over time. We’ve always prioritized consistent, affordable service without charging extra for these adjustments. However, starting in June 2024, we will begin sharing a portion of these costs with our customers, while still absorbing part of the expense ourselves.

Starting July 1, 2024, all order corrections—whether for flights or hotels—will no longer be free. However, insurance changes will remain free, as long as the number of days and ages stay the same (applicable only up to 10 days before the insurance effective date).

Flight & Hotel Bookings Corrections Policy & Fee:

If you are our customer and place a flight reservation, and our team makes any errors, we take full responsibility for correcting them according to the details you provided. In the event of any mistakes on our part, we will make the necessary corrections free of charge, as many times as needed.

If you did not provide certain details in your order or need to make changes—such as adding flight legs, modifying dates, correcting names or titles, or adjusting arrival times—these will be considered new changes. For such modifications, there will be a fee of $15 for individual flight or hotel booking corrections, and $20 for both flight and hotel corrections on the same document. You can pay this fee through our custom payment link by selecting ‘Flight Corrections,’ ‘Hotel Corrections,’ or both, depending on your needs.

Corrections do not include completely changing the traveler’s name. You cannot fully change the first name, but minor spelling corrections are allowed.

If you need to change the traveler’s name entirely, we recommend placing a new order, just as you did previously.

After receiving a correction, if you request further changes within two weeks of placing the original order, you will be required to pay for the correction again if needed. This correction window is available for a two-week period from the date of the original order, not from the date of the correction.

Travel Insurance Policy Corrections:

Changes to travel insurance policies are allowed only up to 10 days before the effective date, as specified in your policy letter, certificate, or ID card.

This clause applies only if the above conditions are relevant to your case; otherwise, the following instructions do not apply to you.

If the number of days and the ages of the traveler remain the same, changes can be made free of charge.

If the number of insurance days required exceeds the previous order or if the traveler’s ages have changed, an additional cost will apply. Our travel experts will inform you of this cost via email, chat, or phone call.

Complete changes to the traveler’s first name are not permitted. However, minor spelling corrections can be made free of charge.

Travel Guides:

If you have ordered a travel guide from our website and wish to make changes, please inform us via chat, email, or phone before the documents are delivered. Once the document has been delivered, changes or exchanges to another travel guide will not be possible.
